Renowned chef Kaew Sumner, the founder and previous owner of A Taste of Thailand (formerly Thai on the Fly), is embarking on a new adventure with the grand opening of Honies Thai Food. Raised in Thailand, Chef Kaew draws inspiration from her family's time-honored recipes. Known for her cheerful personality and "Hi Honies!" catchphrase, Kaew is a well known Central Oregon community member.
