A Tribute to Central Oregon Roots
Hawk & Huck is more than just a restaurant. It’s a heartfelt tribute to celebrity Chef Brian Malarkey’s hometown and the Central Oregon community. Teaming up with his brother James Malarkey, Brian has created a space that honors their ranching and rodeo heritage.

After 20 years of building successful restaurants, the Malarkey brothers are thrilled to bring their ranch-to-plate concept to life. Malarkey’s tenure includes a television chef career and founding Chef’s Life cooking oil brand.
Top Chef enthusiasts will surely remember Malarkey as a Top Chef Season 3 finalist. He also went on to compete in Top Chef Masters season 17.
Ranch-to-Table Paradise
Malarkey purchased the former home to Walt Reilly’s, offering an 11,000-square-foot wonderland for outdoor enthusiasts and food lovers alike.
Imagine dining in semi-private spaces resembling canvas tents, enjoying a meal on the seasonal outdoor patio. Guests can enjoy a ‘Kids Camp’ area and roast s’mores by the live fire.
Inside, a birchwood stage sets the scene for local bands and touring artists, featuring everything from Johnny Cash to the Lumineers.

“Opening Hawkeye & Huckleberry Lounge in Bend is a deeply personal endeavor and a dream come true for my brother James and me,” says Chef/Owner Brian Malarkey.
“This restaurant is a heartfelt celebration of our Central Oregon heritage, the ranching and rodeo traditions that have shaped us, and the incredible community we’re so proud to be a part of.”
From their own P-B Hawkeye Ranch in Tumalo, the Malarkeys raise beef and chickens to supply the restaurant. The locally sourced ingredients tell a story of home, creating a connection between the food and the land.
A Premier Event Destination
Hawk & Huck is set to become Bend’s premier event destination. With spaces designed for private parties, an intimate private dining room, a vibrant lounge area, and a large private event space with its own stage and outdoor patio, it offers a perfect backdrop for any celebration.
